Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Site Manager to join our client's growing residential development team in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in housing construction who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and well-established business.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations across residential housing projects.
*

Ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and to a high standard.
*

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries.
*

Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards
*

Support with quality assurance, snagging, and handover processes.
*

Maintain accurate site records and contribute to progress reports.
*

Promote a positive, safe, and productive site culture.
