Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a well-established and respected name in the interior fit-out and partitioning industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Specialising in high-end commercial interiors, our client delivers bespoke partitioning and fit-out solutions for prestigious clients and blue-chip companies. Their focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction has earned them a reputation as a leader in their field.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong commercial insight, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cost planning, tendering, and procurement processes
*

Prepare accurate valuations, manage variations, and oversee final accounts
*

Ensure effective cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
*

Oversee contract administration, including JCT and bespoke forms
*

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure commercial objectives are met
*

Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team

Candidate Requirements:

*

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
*

Minimum 5 years of experience in a quantity surveying role within the interiors or fit-out sector
*

In-depth knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management best practices
*

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
*

Ability to manage multiple projects independently
*

Proficiency with QS software and MS Office applications
