Location: St Helens (Office-based with regular site visits)

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee and coordinate the electrical packages across a range of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. Our client operates across multiple sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and leisure.

As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.



Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate all aspects of electrical contracts from pre-construction through to final handover.
* Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery of electrical installations.
* Review electrical designs, technical drawings, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor management for all electrical works.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and health andamp; safety compliance.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders as needed.
* Provide technical support, resolve issues, and ensure project deadlines and quality expectations are met.
* Drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the electrical team.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in electrical contracts or project management within the construction industry.
* Recognised qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* ECS/CSCS card (preferred).
* SMSTS or equivalent health andamp; safety qualification (preferred).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
